I brought my vehicle in because I have always had it serviced at Superior and felt confident on the service that I have received previously. I had been hearing my front brakes and sent in to make an appointment online. Upon arrival, I was referred to Jim, even though the online appointment was with someone else. Jim had my brakes assessed and informed me that the front brakes needed repair and the rear brakes needed adjustment. I told him that I had asked for the $99.00 per axle special and the work would begin. I was then told that I had a leak (?) in the front axle. I have never seen any fluid spots on my driveway nor in my parking spot but like I said, I was confident in the service that I had previously received from Superior. The part for the front axle had to be picked up and I was taken home as a courtesy. I was also informed that there was a seal in the rear that needed repair. At this point, the tiny hairs on the back of my head are uneasy. The part to repair the axle had to be ordered from Carolina so my vehicle sit overnight. The part for the rear seal was a little out of my budget and had to wait. My original appointment was for 7:30 am and I got my car back at 3:30 pm the next day. I know that I cannot expect my vehicle to be in good repair all the time but this was not one of my better visits. I still have some confidence in Superior and their techs but it just seemed like the car needed more repairs than I thought. That is my story.
