I brought my 2007 Saturn ION in for a problem with the anti-lock brake light coming on. I must say I was very disappointed with the service representative. He did not communicate with me all day. I brought my car in at 7:50am and did not get a call back by 11:00am. I finally called him at 11:15am and was told what the problem was. He said the part was not in and that he would call me back at 1:00pm. After about 1:30pm I had not received a call, so I called him back and was told he was out to lunch. I called again at 2:00pm and again at 2:20pm and again he was out to lunch and had not communicated with me. I was feeling very anxious because I had not made arrangements for transportation from work and did not know what the status of my car was at 2:20pm. I finally decided to speak with the Service manager and was very pleased with the quick response and resolution to my problem. He was very professional and apologetic with my plight. I got off work at 3:30pm and had to wait at the building until 4:30pm when the driver came to get me. I appreciate Mr. Trey Padget, the service manager and all he did to help me get my vehicle serviced that day. It was frustrating not knowing what was going on with my vehicle for 6 and 1/2 hours. Because of Mr. Trey Padget I will continue to use Superior Chevrolet for my service needs, but hope the service representatives will communicate more with the customers. Barbara McKeown
