Dear Sir: In reference to this inquiry. I brought my 2003 Buick in for loose fasteners in the front bumper fascia lower brackets. I called Mr. Alston and explained to him to the best of my knowledge the problem that that I was experiencing with my automobile, at which time Mr. Alston advised me to bring my automobile in so he could see for himself the problem that I was experiencing. Upon my arrival, Mr. Alston checked out my complaint and advised me that he would have his technician check out the complaint farther, in approximately fifteen minutes, Mr. Alston contacted me and informed me that my automobile was in need of some fasteners. Mr. Alston stated that he had them in stock. My vehicle was repaired in a timely manner. I like to thank Mr. Alston for his keen observation to details and his courteous style of mannerism that he present toward his customs. I also like to commend the telephone operator for her professional style of helping the customs, especially when they call in and not sure who they may need to speak to or what they may need. Shortly after my purchase of my new car the rubber on the passenger window was falling off. Needless to say, I was a little upset but worry-free because I knew it wouldn't take much to get it fixed. Knowing that, I decided to take my car to get serviced on my lunch break. Although I was notified of the estimated time of completion and was perfectly fine with the wait, it still took longer than what was anticipated for such a minor fix of glue to be applied to the inside rubber panel of the passenger window. I was late getting back to work from lunch. But, to end on a positive note, I know now that service issues are hard to predict how long something will take to be completed and one thing can lead to another. Also, the time flew by due to the friendly staff that kept me in good company and conversation while I waited which really took the edge off. All in all I was satisfied. Read More >>
